We are all one!
The Ginés Pérez de la Parra choir was born under the motto 'We are all one' and with the special aim of creating a choir with which to make room for choral singing within the educational space of the Professional Conservatory of Music in Orihuela.
We have performed in Spain, the Vatican, France, Austria, Finland and Greece.
We have been seen singing in the Mosque of Cordoba, Notre-Dame de Paris, Sagrada Familia, Vienna Cathedral...
More than 70 choristers, between 8 and 80 years old, are part of this choir.
Sacred polyphony, zarzuelas, musicals, Christmas carols, habaneras, boleros...
She was born in Rafal (Alicante).
Oboist. Teacher. Composer. Choir conductor.
When she was very young she began her musical training at the School of Music "Arte Musical" in Rafal, with Ángel Lasheras as her first teacher. Later she enrolled at the Conservatorio Superior de Música "Manuel Massotti" in Murcia where she studied oboe, obtaining the highest qualifications and obtaining a distinction in choral ensemble.
She is a founding member of the Orquesta de Cámara Ciudad de Elche and the Orquesta de Cámara de San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante).
In her teaching work, her great interest and dedication to the promotion of music and singing among young people stands out. She teaches oboe and choir at the "Pedro Terol" Professional Conservatory in Orihuela.
Since 1992 she has directed the choir "Amics Cantors" in the city of Elche. In 2009 she founded the choir "Ginés Pérez de la Parra" of the Professional Conservatory of Orihuela (Alicante), with which she has carried out projects of great interest, both in Spain and abroad.
